Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Complete with all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at stylelife@nirvanalifebali.com.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

• A return authorization
• A return shipping label (where applicable)
• Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items
All discounted, sale, promotional, or clearance items are strictly FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Other Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  
• Custom or personalized products
  
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, bikini, underwear, etc)
  
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  
• Gift cards

If unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to first initiate a return. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at devs@nirvanalifebali.com.
